By accessing our website, making bookings, or opting in for communications (including via WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
We provide the following services:
- Restaurant and food court services
- Cinema / multiplex services
- Hotel accommodation / rooms
- Banquet hall and party lawns for events
- Theme park (coming soon)
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings (hotel rooms, banquet hall, party lawns) shall be subject to availability and confirmed only after payment or deposit as required.
- You must provide accurate information at time of booking. Misleading or false information may lead to cancellation without refund.
- Cancellation, no‑show, modification policies will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the policy and law.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are as quoted at time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices, but confirmed bookings will honour the quoted price.
- Payment methods accepted will be specified (credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers etc.). Payment gateway or processor may require additional verification.
- For payments via external platforms (e.g. third party booking / payment providers), additional terms of those platforms may apply.
4. WhatsApp & Other Communications
- If you opt in, we may send you messages via WhatsApp for confirmations, updates, reminders, promotions, or special offers.

- You may opt out of such communications at any time by following instructions in messages (e.g. reply “STOP”) or contacting us via our website / customer support.
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in WhatsApp / messaging services beyond our reasonable control.

- You agree to use our website and facilities lawfully. You shall not misuse or interfere with our services, equipment or properties.
- You shall not post or transmit unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content via interaction with us.

All content on our website, images, logos, trademarks, designs are our property (or used with permission). You may not reproduce, distribute or use such content without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gajanan Resort will not be liable for:

- Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity; except where required by law;
- Damages arising from misuse of services by customers or third parties;
- Any failure by you to follow instructions (e.g. rules for bookings, cancellations, safety rules etc.).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including IT Act, DPDP Act, and other relevant statutes. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this site with updated “Effective date”. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.
