These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and communications of Gajanan Resort (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, making reservations, visiting our premises, or opting in for communications (including via WhatsApp), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services & Pure Vegetarian Philosophy

We provide the following hospitality services:

• Restaurant and food court dining services (strictly 100% pure vegetarian, with no meat, fish, or eggs allowed on premises)
• Gajanan Multiplex 2K Laser Dolby 7.1 cinema entertainment
• Hotel accommodation (Deluxe Rooms and Premium Suites)
• Grand Banquet Hall and Royal Party Lawns for destination weddings, receptions, and corporate events
• Theme park and aquatic entertainment (currently under development, opening soon)

2. Booking & Reservations

• All reservations (hotel rooms, banquet hall, party lawns, and restaurant tables) are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of designated deposit or payment.
• Guests must provide accurate identification (Aadhaar, Passport, or valid Government ID) upon check-in as mandated by law.
• Misleading information or unauthorized guest occupancy may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices and tariffs quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable statutory taxes (GST). We reserve the right to revise seasonal room and event rates; however, confirmed reservations with advances paid will always be honored at the booked price.

4. Resort Rules & Non-Vegetarian Prohibition

Gajanan Resort is a strictly 100% Pure Vegetarian Sanctuary. Bringing, preparing, ordering from outside, or consuming meat, poultry, seafood, or egg products anywhere on the resort premises (including private rooms, balconies, and lawn areas) is strictly forbidden.
