Initial booking deposit / token amount is strictly non-refundable.
50% of the total booking value will be charged for any cancellations initiated by the guest.
This policy applies to all amenities and services booked with us (hotel rooms, banquet hall, party lawns, cinema bookings, dining reservations) across all platforms (website, WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, etc.).
The policy remains uniform for all cancellations, regardless of reason.
